AVELLUM is a leading Ukrainian full service law firm with a key focus on Finance, Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Tax, Real Estate, and Antitrust. 

The AVELLUM & HASHTAG cooperation started with a request to:

  1. maintain an expert image of the firm in the eyes of potential clients and representatives of the legal sector  (AVELLUM case link)
  2. develop an employer brand for AVELLUM on social media


In Ukraine, few universities are believed to have the most promising and talented law graduates. But there are many law firms – and they are all on a hunt for the most talented ones.

AVELLUM does a lot to invite them and develop young talents in the firm, but it was necessary to create a platform that could help to:

  • stay in touch with individuals since the student years 
  • hit their top-of-mind and build a perception that AVELLUM is the number one choice to start a career. 


The core target audience was 2-3 year law faculty students  – ambitious, confident and curious-minded individuals ready to learn and explore.

So our main principle was to present helpful information in a trendy and engaging way.


To achieve the main goal of this activity, we decided to create a separate Facebook page, “Join AVELLUM”, for law students of Ukrainian universities. 

A unique content strategy was necessary to build brand awareness and introduce AVELLUM as a great employer.

The developed content strategy was divided into two directions:

  • main content about topics relevant to young lawyers and law students
  • content for interns about the opportunities that AVELLUM provides


We implemented monthly social media support with media promotions for the target audience and seasonal internship support with content projects. 

The main content for the Join AVELLUM page included posts with valuable and trending topics and life hacks so that law faculty students and potential job seekers found these posts helpful and informative.

The content project about AVELLUM internship was presented as a separate content project that would highlight the life of newly-arrived interns and their progress. 

The internship lasted three months – apart from sharing updates of the activities and real-life cases that the young lawyers got a chance to work with, we also shared their personal stories – through craft comics-like illustrations.
